Arena Restaurant celebrates its seventh anniversary - six years of effort and enthusiasm on the part of a young team whose goal was to create a restaurant that would become a benchmark for the province of Tarragona. Our intention was to show that Salou was not just “beach and fiestas”, but that it could also offer something more – a restaurant of quality and original style, with a terrace and sea views, combining the latest in innovative cuisine with the traditional fare of the area.

Baton in hand, our chef, Maribel Guardiola , backed by his promising team, has composed a well-balanced menu with its own personality and a fresh, Mediterranean air - dishes that combine with grand flair flavours that delight even the most discerning palates. All the dishes are prepared with great exquisiteness and meticulous presentation in which experience and the boldness of youth go hand-in-hand to achieve an explosion of flavours and tastes. In the dining room, Albert Baldrich chose to go for a young but experienced team and to make personal attention and excellent service of paramount importance, thus providing not only a pleasurable meal, but also making the customer feel right at home.

The prestigious interior decorator, Estrella Salietti, noticed that in Salou the light in complicity with the sea played an important role and she designed a restaurant with large windows looking out over the promenade and the sea, and a dynamic and modern, yet simple, decoration that makes time a word without importance.

The crowning touch to all these qualities is a wine list put together with great patience of wines mainly from the region that fit in perfectly with the mentality of the restaurant – of elegance, quality, good service and, above all, to make eating a pleasure.
